What if we give our anger our attention?

Anger as Ally: It All Depends - February 7-9, 2020

Are you aware of carrying anger in a way that feels corrosive or crippling?

Do you stuff down your anger with such things as food, busy-ness, drama?

Angers is a very human experience, yet many of us have internalized messages that anger is bad.
What might be possible if we give our anger our attention? We each have our own experience and understanding of anger.
In this workshop, you will be encouraged to connect with yours, and to explore how to partner with your anger.
